All text and imagery submitted through the marketing program are subject to complete exclusion or editing as is appropriate to meet marketing objectives. Participation in the marketing program requires that all content and imagery must be rightfully and legally approved for use on VisitAroostook.com as user-generated content. This approval includes, but is not limited to unrestricted photography usage rights, unrestricted model releases, and the exclusion of any copyrighted material. It is the responsibility of each individual who submits materials to obtain legal authority to publish the materials submitted.
