Small personalized yoga retreat. Twice daily yoga, also massage, sauna and healthy meals. Sewall House is in National Registry of Historic places where nature guide William Sewall (owner's great grandfather) taught Theodore Roosevelt and others the healing attributes of nature. Run by yoga instructor Donna Davidge( teaching yoga since 1985 and a Masters in Nutrition) and her husband Kent Bonham(BFA Music), resident chef and musician. Near Baxter Park, lakes, hikes and Mt Katahdin. Relax- Renew. All levels Yoga welcome, Arrange small groups or have a private retreat for couples, birthdays, friends.
