Winter
One of our most abundant natural resources is snow. If you're a snowmobiler
and looking to head out on the trails, you definitely need to be in northern
Maine. Extensive, well-groomed trails, friendly people and lots of snow
are the right ingredients for a great vacation. If skiing is more your
style, come visit the cradle of nordic skiing in North America. Olympic-caliber training facilities and numerous community cross country ski
trails are waiting. If you're an alpine skier, one of the area's downhill
facilities will be a breath of fresh air - short lift lines, small ticket
prices, and tons of natural snow. Don't forget to attend one of the many
