Currently, Eagles Landing Lakeside Cottages in the town of Eagle Lake, Maine has five cottages, each featuring 3 bedrooms designed to comfortably accommodate guests. The layout for each cottage is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and comfort. On the first floor, the bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, providing a cozy and inviting space for rest. Moving upstairs, the two additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed and a set of comfortable twin bunk beds, ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

A beautiful waterfront property located on the shores of Eagle Lake, on the St. John Valley/Fish River National Scenic Byway, and direct access to the ATV/Snowmobile Trail System.

‍The living room serves as a gathering area for guests, while the covered porch with seating invites relaxation in a serene setting. Additionally, the inclusion of an outside fireplace & picnic table, a gas grill, and a screened gazebo enhances the outdoor experience. For those who enjoy water activities, boat docks, water toys, and a private beach are readily available, making these cottages an ideal choice for a memorable getaway.

Cottages come supplied with linens, towels, one roll of paper towels, dish rags, dish soap/ sponge, hand and body soap and shampoo and conditioner, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and one garbage bag in each garbage.

​Coin operated washer and dryers are located up the hill at the Overlook Motel. These machines are located on the lower level, downstairs from the lobby and are available 24 hours a day. Price are $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry, quarters only. Detergent and fabric softener, and quarters are available at the front desk during office hours.

Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, our resort offers something for everyone. You’ll have direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails on property in addition to docking for your boats and jet skis. Large trailer parking is available on site. Hunters should know we are located in zone 3 across form zone 2.
