Caribou Cares About Kids

Caribou, Maine will come alive July 24–26 with the annual “Caribou Cares About Kids” festival—a three-day celebration filled with family-friendly fun, live music, food vendors, bounce houses, games, and beloved characters like Elmo, Big Bird, and the Paw Patrol crew. Activities include a parade, classic car show, coed softball tournament, fireworks, art events, and interactive games like tug of war, sack races, and an egg toss. Don’t miss the Dwarf Sneezy & Dopey appearances and the Friday night band, Busted!

Events kick off Thursday afternoon with children’s programming at Calvary Baptist Church and continue through Saturday evening, culminating with fireworks at the Caribou Wellness & Recreation Center fields. Whether you’re there for the food trucks, bike rodeo, or cornhole tournament, there’s something for all ages. Most events take place at the Caribou Wellness & Recreation Center (55 Bennett Drive, Caribou, Maine).
